How To Order

The Astro-Tex Sales Department is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday, except on national holidays. Parts that are in stock will be shipped the same day they are ordered, or, per your shipping schedule. There are several ways to order:

Credit Terms

Astro-Tex credit terms are net 30 days, FOB Plano, Texas from the invoice date. Credit can be arranged through an approved credit application. Payment can also be made by C.O.D., Visa or MasterCard. A late charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% Per Annum) will be assessed on past due balances.

Quantity Allowance

Astro-Tex reserves the right to consider shipments complete within a +/- 10% variable of the ordered quantity.

How To Return Goods

To return merchandise, please call 972.424.8707 and talk to one our our sales representatives. If the goods you ordered are returnable, we will provide you with an authorization name or number that must accompany the return shipment. All returns to Astro-Tex must be made prepaid, and a handling charge of 20% of the value of the merchandise will be deducted.

On defective material, Astro-Tex will pay for return freight. Credit will be issued and the corrected order will be re-invoiced at time of shipping.
